Use IPP and Brother's driver to avoid page-shrinking and endless blank printouts

Install Brother's driver or brother-hl3040cn AUR. Select HL-2170W as the driver in CUPS admin when adding a printer. Should be compatible with any drivers for the HL-2030. Or foomatic - works mostly with hpijs-pcl5e.ppd.
Use IPP driver as described here and here. Unofficial driver, may be compatible with more models
